【摘要】:TheobjectofthisASMECodeistoprovideatestprocedureforevaluatingtheperformanceofwastefuelcombustorswithenergyrecoveryusingtheboilerasacalorimeter.Theseproceduresapplywhenthevariabilityandwastefuelcompositionresultsinalackofconfidenceinobtainingrepresentativesamplesforlaboratoryanalysis.ThisCodeisusedtodetermine(a)thethermalefficiencyofsystemcombustingwastefuels(b)thethermalcapacity(heatinputperunittime)ofsystemscombustingwastefuels(c)thehigherheatingvalue(HHV)ofwastefuels.TherulesandinstructionsgiveninthisCodeapplytoallwastecombustorsystemswithenergyrecovery.Testmethodsofthiscodeapplytosolid,liquid,orgaseouswastefuels.Instructionsaregiventodeterminethethermalcapacityandthermalefficiencyofwastecombustorsystemsbyapplyingtheconceptofusingtheboilerasacalorimeter.Inaddition,theHHVofthewastefuelcanbedeterminedbyweighingthewastefuelthathasbeenconsumedduringthetest.
