【摘要】:SIPsareusedasroof,wall,andfloorcomponentsinbuildingstructures.Thestructuralperformancepropertiesneedtobedeterminedfordesignpurposes.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresfordeterminingstrengthpropertiesunderspecifiedloadsforrigid-facedstructuralinsulatedpanels.Thesetestmethodsareappropriateforstructuralinsulatedpanelswithrigidfacingshavingaminimumthicknessof4mm(0.16in.)andaninsulatingcorewithaminimumthicknessof38mm(1.5in.).Thesespecifiedloadsinclude:1.1.1Transverseloads,1.1.2Axialloads,1.1.3Shearloads,1.1.4Diaphragmloads,1.1.5Upliftloads,1.1.6LongTermloads1.1.7Impactloads,and1.1.8Concentratedloads.1.2Structuralinsulatedpanelsareintendedtoresiststructuralloadsinpermanentbuildingstructures.1.3Thesetestmethodsarenotintendedforqualitycontrolpurposesanddonotevaluatetheindividualcomponentsofthestructuralinsulatedpanels.1.4Thesetestmethodsarenotintendedtomeasuredimensionalstability.1.5Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotes,excludingtablesandfigures,whichprovideexplanatoryinformation.Thesenotesandfootnotesshallnotbeconsideredrequirementsofthestandard.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
